Goals and purpose

• ​To promote an active civic spirit within the community.
  
• To safeguard, maintain and retain the character of the neighborhood.
  
• To guard against deterioration with unsightly and objectionable features that would tend to depreciate property values.
  
• To be aware of and involved in any political issues that will effect the community and may jeopardize the Lauderdale Isles way of life.
  
• To represent the Community in a united front on all matters of interest to the community and membership.
